“Get pump(ed).” Cole Haan has employed a marketing strategy that people like me can be excited about in their #dontgohome campaign, which promotes – among other products – their new Chelsea pumps. This particular style makes
me dancing queens wanna stay out all night, and with Nike-Air technology and such a flexible design it’s possible.
What makes me happiest about this campaign is the fact that Cole Haan is not just saying it, but they’re doing it. As in not going home. From hosting dance parties to shopping events and even driving food trucks that sell the pumps from inside
(food+shoes=love), Cole Haan is easily one of the coolest retailers around.

And while this campaign is taking life in New York, I think I’ll adopt the whole idea here in DC…while wearing my new Chelsea pumps.
